Electrical Training

This courses entails the use of the required  range of electrical test equipment. Testing of cables and equipment will be demonstrated along with testing for polarity, earth continuity, earth loop impedance, phase rotation and voltage and current measurement. The course content will give you a very good understanding of what is involved in the testing and verifying that electrical installations comply to the latest standards in a practical manner. 

Our training methodology

Wire and Fitness Ltd has a flexible mix of a face-to-face training, open learning and blended learning, and for certain courses, trainees can choose a suitable delivery method whilst easily switching or combining learning modes. This progressive approach ensures the electrical industry has a constantly growing pool of trained and qualified tradespeople.  Our trainers are some of the most experienced & knowledgeable instructors in the industry, and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide tradesmen with the necessary skills and training they need to progress in their chosen careers.

All Electrical Training is offered both midweek and weekends (by special request) to minimise work disruptions, down time and loss of profit while training. We provide training courses nationwide throughout New Zealand.
