Scissor Lift in Industry
The Scissor Lift for industry course covers inspections and safe work practices for the correct operation of scissor lifts. This 1 day course comprises of both theory and practical components with an assessment done at the end of the day. Covering safety, legal and work related context, this course aims to bring awareness to scissor lift operators on the dangers of using these forms of lifting platforms.
By the end of the course the trainees will be able to competently and safely operate the machine in correct accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and accepted good practice. Every successful trainee will also have a thorough understanding of their responsibilities under current and relevant health and safety legislation.This course is mandatory for personnel who wish to operate a scissor lift.
Our training methodology
