Wire and Fitness Ltd recognise and acknowledge the importance of maintaining a work and life balance to ensure health and wellness and the contribution it makes to personal and mental wellness.

Initial Objectives:

When the business model of Wire and Fitness Ltd was first discussed and dreamed of, it was with a mixture of using industry skills and knowledge and mixing it with a long held passion for physical fitness and wellbeing.

This saw the orginal concept of industry training evolve into something where we could have a mixture  or  a collaboration of the two worlds in order to complete an overall holistic wellbeing approach to life in general.

Our speciallity is in running, due to Peter having a life long passion and history in the running arena. Wire and Fitness Ltd aims to develop programs aimed and focussed on excellency in all aspects of running.
